The South and Central American Women's Handball Championship is a women's international handball competition that is governed by SCAHC. It is a competition for the women's national handball teams of South and Central America. The first edition was held in 2018 in Brazil. It will take place biannually in even years and also serves as a qualifying tournament for the Olympic Games and World Women's Championship. The 2020 edition was delayed for 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
