The South and Central American Youth Handball Championship is a youth men's international handball competition that is governed by SCAHC. It is a competition for youth national handball teams of South and Central America. The first edition was held in 2019 in Brazil. It will take place biannually in odd years and also serves as a qualifying tournament for the IHF Youth World Championship.
