South American Women's Handball Trophy

Short History

     The South American Women's Handball Trophy was a women's international handball competition that was governed by PATHF. It was a competition for women's developing handball nations of South America. It also served as a qualifying tournament for the Pan American Women's Handball Trophy. The first edition was held in 2011 in Colombia. However, it was held only three times, last in 2014, and in 2018, IHF suspended PATHF.
