The South American Handball Trophy was a men's international handball competition that was governed by PATHF. It was a competition for men's developing handball nations of South America. It also served as a qualifying tournament for the Pan American Handball Trophy. The first edition was held in 2012 in Venezuela. However, it was held only twice, last in 2014, and in 2018, IHF suspended PATHF.
