South American Women's Club Handball Championship

Short History

     The South American Women's Club Handball Championship was a women's handball club competition, organized by PATHF. It was a competition for women's handball clubs of South America. The first edition was held in 1984. It was held annually, with some canceled editions. After the 1999 edition, several tournaments were also cancelled. The competition was finally abolished in 2016, when the Pan American Women's Club Handball Championship was created.
