The South American Junior Handball Championship was a youth men's international handball competition that was governed by PATHF. It was a competition for youth men's national handball teams of South America. The first edition was held in 2002 in Brazil. It also served as a qualifying tournament for the Pan American Youth Handball Championship. However, it was the only edition of the competition, and in 2018, IHF suspended PATHF.
