W17 EHF Championship

Short History

     The W17 EHF Championship is a women's under 17 international handball competition that is governed by EHF. It is a tournament for developing handball nations. The first two tournaments were held in 2017 at the same time in two different countries, Lithuania and FYR Macedonia. On the same principle, the championship continues to be held biannually, in odd years.
