North African Cup Winners Cup

Short History

     The North African Cup Winners Cup was an international football competition in North Africa for clubs member nations of the UNAF. The Cup Winners Cup brings together the winners of the five domestic cups in North Africa. The competition was founded along with the North African Cup of Champions in order to create a sense of competitiveness in the region. It was held only three times, from 2008 to 2010. The semi finals and the final are two-legged affairs.
