Copa Premier Honor Argentino

Short History

The Copa Premier Honor Argentino or the Copa Honor Argentino was one of several international football competitions contested by Argentina and Uruguay national teams. All games were played in Buenos Aires, and it was held on ten occasions between 1908 and 1920. In 1912, 1913 and 1914 the Argentina teams were selected by the breakaway Federación Argentina de Football rather than the official body, Asociación Argentina de Football (AFA).
